At Vitale Law Firm, we believe families should not lose everything they built to the court system, internal conflict, or long-term care costs.
We exist to protect legacy.
We are seeking a consultative professional with maturity, emotional intelligence, and performance discipline, someone capable of sitting across from families during serious, often emotional conversations and guiding them toward responsible action.
This is not transactional selling.
This is stewardship with accountability.
This role requires both emotional strength and empathy, the ability to hold space for difficult realities while helping families move forward with clarity and confidence.

The Opportunity
Every week, we meet families who:
- Assume “a will is enough”
- Believe beneficiaries solve everything
- Think incapacity or long-term care won’t affect them
- Have no structured incapacity or asset protection plan
Your role is to help them see clearly before a crisis removes their ability to choose.
You will lead structured strategy consultations, guide prospects through the decision process under attorney supervision, and convert qualified families into engaged clients.
This is a performance-based role.
We track metrics.
We expect professionalism.
We expect growth.
High performers in this role can realistically earn $100,000–$150,000 annually.
What Success Looks Like
8–10 strategy consultations per week
- Warm inbound leads generated through seminars, referrals, and firm marketing
- Clients typically invest $5,000–$12,000+ in estate planning
- Success measured by consultation-to-engagement conversion
- CRM discipline and structured follow-up are essential
High performers in this role can realistically earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually.

Relevant backgrounds include:
- Financial planning or wealth management

You take ownership of outcomes, both good and bad.
You view skill development as an ongoing obligation.
You are coachable. You are accountable. You improve continuously.
You understand that families are not making financial decisions alone, they are making emotional decisions involving fear, responsibility, and legacy.
You are able to:
- Listen deeply without interrupting
- Recognize unspoken emotional concerns
- Respond with empathy, not pressure
- Guide without manipulating
- Maintain composure during discussions involving illness, death, incapacity, and family dynamics
You create trust before you create action.

You do not avoid difficult truths.
You bring:
- Strong listening skills
